The Lazy Leprechaun

At first glance, it appeared to be an old advertisement that was crumpled against the fence.  So Adam was thrilled to find it was really a map that led to a huge pot of gold!  Sadly, Adam realized he didn’t know the symbols on it.

“I could help if you’d agree to split the findings,” a little leprechaun called from a hole in a nearby stump.

            “Of course!” Adam replied happily.

The leprechaun insisted they rest up and start their hunt tomorrow.  But the next day, and each one after that, the leprechaun had one excuse after another as to why they should delay their search.  Adam knew he had to come up with a clever way to motivate the lazy leprechaun!
